If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 3 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs. We take great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of images provided by customer.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
Every design, custom or template, needs a final approval before printing begins. This cuts down the chance of most errors. If a printing error occurs, we will gladly reprint or refund the full price of the product(s). Please see our Terms and Conditions for what is not considered to be a printing error.
